the rooms are not very well cleaned and also the towels are not clean (even changed every day). Some ants have been in the room, even in the 5th floor

Good location. A bit far down the beach strip though (far from city and airport).

Everything at this place was a joke. It felt like a hospital with its lack of decor and gray cold plastic. The staff were hilariously bad and had odd requests. We needed to pay a deposit for the damn remote control! An hour later check-out was a complete 'no' and the breakfast was plain ridiculous.

Rooms are as you see them on the images and the hotel is quite silent.

Breakfast is very poor and some days you don't get your room cleaned. The entrance is not on the sea side, but on the opposite side of the building.

We were sorry that on the Saturday night we were so close to the drunken revellers outside on the promenade...was it schoolies' week or something? Apart fro that, good position.

Location was great- short walk to the beach

Staff were unfriendly and not overly helpful. No shower facilities after check-out, which for a beach hotel, is not very good. Bed linen not as clean as I would have expected from a 4-star establishment.

The location if you have a room facing the beach.

This was suppose to be a 4 star apt hotel, would say maybe 2 star. When we arrived we got a room facing the inside, room was not to clean and for an apt it had no cooking equipment so we had to ask for pots pans, knives etc. Room facing the front is close to disco and all night and morning bar where you can find a lot of teenagers drinking at 7 AM. Second night we managed to change room to one faciong the sea, we had to check out of the old one before 12.00 AM and where suppose to check in the new one at 14.00, we got back to the hotel at 14.45 but no one in the reception except an extremly drunk young guy waiting for the reception, after 20 min the receptionist finally arrived and asked us to pay an extra EUR 15 a day for a room facing the street. We where then informed that the room was not ready and asked to come back in 30 min. We also had some friendly ants moving from the entrance to the kitchen and ocassionally you could find a few in the bed or the toilet. Would not recomend this if you are not a young person intending to stay drunk. Mostly German and Dutch people in the area.

In the end of October - price/performance ratio, I booked two rooms for 3 nights for just 120 euros (breakfast included) located next to the beach, Mercadona 600m

Breakfast is a little bit of mess as already mentioned here in the previous posts I would not so confident to book it again for the full price.

Very close to the beach and restaurants, shops and busses nearby with excellent service. Clean and tidy hotel and staff helpful and friendly. Very comfortable studio and would stay again.

No kettle in the room and we had to keep asking for one. Got one eventualy on 3rd day. Breakfast was a mad rush as not enough cutlery and crockery and the whole hotel was served by one very slow coffee percolator so no coffee on most mornings. The "glass" bathroom was horrible as it was embarrassing to use the toilet and had to make other person go outside on the balcony. I had also booked a double room and got a twin.

Unfortunately, there was nothing enjoyable about our stay at this hotel.

We arived at the hotel in the late evening with a reservation for 2 rooms. Upon entering the hotel we were disappointed to find that the pictures seen upon booking were deceiving. Once installed we were even more disappointed to find one of the rooms infested by a colony of ants. We requested a room change, however, the hotel did not have anyother rooms available for us. As it was late in the evening, the front desk suggested we sleep 5 persons in a room meant to hold 2. Moreover, the hotel refused to give us any compensation for the inconvinience. Instead, they insisted we pay for both rooms, as this was the inital booking request. Once hearing this, we imediately demanded to speak to management. The front desk insisted that no one having authority over the issue could be reached and nothing could be done to assist or compensate us. Their only solution was to sweep the ants out of the room. We persisted as much as possible for the hotel to contact management. Finally, they were reach and agreed meet us in the morning to tend to the problem - although insisting that the problem was ours to handle. After spending 2.5 hours at the front desk - and now being it 2am - we had no choice but to spend the night as sardines. The following morning were shocked to hear the manager was not present at the hotel and could once again not be reached. At this point we also came to learn that the payment for the entire stay at the hotel had been charged on credit card. Furious at the hotels unwillingness to cooperate we wished nothing more than to leave that same day. We requested once again to speak to management in order to better understand how such an inconvenience could occur at a four star hotel. Yet again the front desk refused to tend to us or to contact management - insisting that our issue had no real importance and that we were lucky to have a roof over our heads... ....

Great location right on beachfront. Clean. Friendly staff. We had a fantastic large room with a large balcony overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets.

Personell at the reception proved to be very unprofessional. Here is the story: I decided to pay the in cash the 1 day accomodation cost. When I asked the receptioner to give me a receipt he was looking to me as I was an allien! He said that I will receive it by the evening. Of course that when I came back to the hotel late in the evening I was told that they did not receive yet the invoice+receipt from the agency?! But I was assured that I would 100% get it in the morning. Early in the morning at chek-out I asked again for the receipt, as a proof for the amount paid in cash. Again the same receptioner refused to give me any piece of paper, claiming that this would be illegal!!!! But I will get it by e- mail. Therefore, I gave up as I was at risk of not catching my flight. Still I don't have any receipt and I also have a bad feeling that they will also charge my credit card with the booked amount, so I will have a doubled payment for my 1 day stay at this entity. I really believe that you guys ("Booked.net") should immediately remove this accomodation unit from your esteemed web site. It might jeopardies yr well known reputation. Thanks God I had no problem with the other two bookings for our holiday in Mallorca. Best, Florin Tat
